Hey Coach!! So great to chat with you for the podcast. 
Like I mentioned before it was SO GREAT to meet you and Kandi!!! Seriously just awesome.
So need some advice planning the rest of my season.
Sooo couple thoughts I wanted to throw out to you and get your advice on.....
#1- what do you think about doing IM Maryland as a redemption Ironman? Hubby said he would support whatever decision I would make. My recovery is good---my marathon was more of a "run/walk-hold your belly and run to the porta potty"......
#2- I have Rev3 Old Orchard half on August 28- what plan should I use starting this week and how can I approach this race?

Decided not to do IM Maryland- and just going to head into the HIM plan till OOB- but no expectations. Still working out what to do after that.....
Ok, sounds good. Give me a heads up when you figure out what you want to do, though just getting your head about you until the start of the OS, 10/31/16, is a good plan also.
