I have 70.3 championship and Kona coming up... what to do?

I willow at sending new race plan... but really that is it.  I have a half marathon in Havana on Thanksgiving... but that's just an excuse to go to the island.

If you wait until Feb 2017 you could do the HIM in Havanna. I just saw today that MultiRace in Miami has taken over race production so there should be a big improvement in quality.

Congrats on the KQ! Plz do 2 weeks of the post ironman transition plan the drop back into the Intermediate IM plan, setting it to end on 10/9. Good luck and see you in Kona!

Thank's rich! Any modification for Mooloolaba? I'm doing 70.3 on September 4th. I consider it a training ride..... I never compete at theses championships..... I'm just so thrilled to just be there!
