Cathy, great to chat today. Very excited where you are on the run comeback trail!!!

Right now you are running 1:15 on Thurs / Sunday 1:15 (your two long runs). 

As we discussed, moving forward those runs should be:

 

  • Week of 8/15 - 90’ (Th), 105 (Su)
  • Week of 8/22 - 105 (Th, Su)
  • Week of 8/29 - 120 (Th), 90 (Su)
  • Week of 9/5 - 90’ (Th, Su)

Remember that long run on 8/29 is up to you...this is the last big one.
