Hi Coach Patrick,
I am in week 17 of IM training plan. This weekend calls for a 5-6 hour ride and 40 minute run on Saturday and a 3.5 mile ride on Sunday. The forecast here is 100% chance of thunderstorms on Saturday and partly cloudy on Sunday. I really can't fathom being on my bike trainer for 5-6 hours. Would it be okay if I swapped my Saturday and Sunday workouts?? Thanks!
