SportsLegs Supplements

Has anyone had experience with the SportsLegs supplement.  A friend of mine who races IM, suggested them and wanted any feedback.  Thanks.

  • I use them to prevent muscle cramps. Start out day of race with one. take one halfway through the bike. May take one before the run.... also use: Salt stick one every 10 miles on the bike and then use BASE for every water stop on the run. Also EFS drink during bike and run when possible... I sweat a lot and if I don't do this, I will get muscle cramps!
  • I have a bottle and use them sporadically. I can't really say they do anything for me, or at least I don't perceive any benefit.
  • I think it's more placebo than anything, but Ms Rosen above will tell you all you need to know about the science!!!

    you crack me up  I started using this supplement at Buffalo Springs one year as it was the only salt tabs they had at the bike shop in Lubbock Texas  though I do like the science
