Mike Blackburn's 2016 Season Roadmap

Coach, I have added Ironman Arizona to my season and need some advice on how to transition from Chattanooga to Arizona (8 weeks).  I did something similar last year between Mt. Tremblant and Chattanooga, but I get an error when I try to pull up that transition plan.

My training the last three weeks has been really strong, even though I really struggled at the Chattanooga Camp.  Heart rate, power, and stomach are back in working order.  I learned that the infection I had caused some liver disfunction, which when combined with antibiotics that messed with my stomach, explains why I was struggling.

I will be competing with the Ironman Executive Challenge Program, so the uniform will be different, but I will represent with an EN hat and a lot of positive mojo in my heart for EN.

Looking forward to both races and seeing you out there.  Hope run training is going well with the leg and body comp is cooperating.  See you in a couple of weeks!  Clearly, no rush in getting this done.  I know the first couple of weeks will be fairly light recovery training. Have fun at Wisconsin tomorrow.

Sounds good. Hopefully you're coming to the dinner and we can chat about it then, or after the 4k talk, etc. In other words, no need to solve this now but talking is better than forum posts
