2questions please
1. I'm in week 2 of the preseason 4 week program. Running this morning I kept climbing above zone 2 which was the called for intensity. It was just a 40 min run. Should I walk my hr down or just keep running on a short workout like that?
2. I'm hearing a lot about rest days but none seem to figure into this plan until the end. Do I just take one? Had to this Fri. Because my pool was closed for repair.

I am not worried about the HR zones being a bit high as long as it's not a function of you TRYING to run harder. Early on your HR will bounce around as you get into the program. Not to mention the variable weather....so as long as you are being honest with your inputs, the outputs should be ok.
