Strengthening weak forearms
After listening to the Tower 26 podcasts, I've realized that I haven't been holding a firm wrist while I swim. To quote Gerry Rodrigues I've been "petting the kitty."
So now that I'm focusing on holding a firm wrist my forearms are the weak link. The center of my palms and my forearms hurt so so bad after these workouts. Makes me think this may have been one of the things holding me back.
I do a lot of supplemental cord work; however, the cords just do not strengthen my wrists/forearms.
Does anyone know of some good dry land exercises that target these muscles?

Chris, you may want to try sculling drills. Here is a Youtube video which shows 4 different ways, I find sculling really gets to my forearms. Good luck. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZ7ZwvGGW5k

@Doug - I just don't know what to say to that one soooooo, moving on. :-)
Best for dry land that I've found are seated wrist curls and some spring like device that I can squeeze.
Trish,
Here's our OS Swim Preparation and Core page, which includes a stretch cords routine.
