Thanks for the race submission! Since you aren't really racing until 06/10/2018 Ironman 70.3 Wisconsin, I think you can use our Fall Running Guidance as a starting point. You and I can make modifications as needed, but let's go with this first. Let me know what you think!!

@brian keating - you can start the OutSeason® plan on 10/30 with the November OutSeason® group. Until then, stick with the RDP group!!
