Hi Coach Rich, I just finished IMCHOO and basically took the last week off. I am loosely following the 4 week transition plan for now, but it occurs to me that I have a cross country mtn. bike race on Nov.5th. I don't expect to kill it, but I need to keep up my bike fitness for the next month too. Any ideas for approaching this? Thanks very much! Susan
