I'm a new trial member and I've been reading thru the EN site for a few days now.
It's very impressive with a ton of resources.
I've finished 15 full IM's so far, and the articles and advice seem right on to me.
I've been able to answer most of my own questions, but I do have a question about what others are using for their training log.
I took a look at the Excel spreadsheet. Is this what most people do?
I have several years of training log history on Training Peaks, and
I'm maybe a bit addicted to the way all my Garmin data auto uploads to the site after each workout.
I had a personal coach all of last year who sent me a weekly plan in Excel, and every week I manually retyped it all into TP!
So I guess the bottom line is: I'd really like a training plan that I can download into Training Peaks.
Any EN options or suggestions?

Yep...we have a lot of resources for here for the members. Many are using Trainingpeaks or Strava, or both. Sorry, we don't have our plans in downloadable format so you'll need to do the cut and paste thing if you want to get the actual workouts into TP. Personally, I find it good enough to just glance at what the workout is, go out and do it, upload into Garmin Connect, which drops it into TP and Strava, then look at the detail in TP. I personally don't need to see what the detail of the workout is/was in TP, though I may add some quick notes.
