It takes 2 minutes to create the wko in Trainer Road. If you need it before 10/31 it's not really that hard to do.
+1. I prefer doing this to using the EN ones, as I can fine-tune my warm-up and cool down. Also, once I;ve created a generic session, it takes less than minute to modify it for that day;s specific prescriptions. I have about 5 or 6 of these, for FTP, VO2, Steady State, etc.
I am using a KICKR and an iPad, sending the workout into the KICKR so it changes resistance as required for all work and rest intervals.
@Mariah — I don't have Kickr. But I do have a Computrainer, which I use for almost all FTP/VO2 max sessions (I use my TT bike for the FTP intervals on Saturday's long ride in HIM plans). I just love the way I have to do the wko as written, and Kickr has the same feature. You keep tuning the cranks and the device always makes you hit the watts you have programed. BTW, the Computrainewr software is hopeless, but Hopefully Kickr users will tell you if Kickr is the answer to your question.
@al - I'm thinking about getting a kickr - worth it?
I had a CompuTrainer starting 2007. Bought a KICKR for myself @ Christmas 2014. Night and day difference between the two, in terms of ease of use. I love it - easy to use, syncs well with things like Trainer Road, and saves my rear wheel and cassette. Whether it's "worth it" or not is of course a subjective decision (given its price tag), but I love having my workouts programmed into the resistance so I HAVE to work at the prescribed effort level. I've tried the TACX and a couple of other "electronic" trainers, which offer this, and the KICKR seems to me the most intuitive to use - I basically had it running 5 minutes out of the box. Between October and May, I use it 2-3 x a week.
From this page you can request access to the group. This process will take one business day to happen, so plan accordingly. Eventually this page will have more resources for TeamEN, but that is all TBD as TrainerRoad evolves.

Yes. We've been a bit busy lately and the OS technically doesn't start until 10/31/16 so...
Thanks for your patience!
Thanks Coaches

@Mariah (and anyone in the market for a smart trainer)

In case folks don't know, the workouts are all live!!!!
How do I find these workouts in TR? I have the app and I'm familiar with how to use it. Tried searching for "Endurance Nation"...what am I missing?
Thanks Brad! "Membership request pending".
