    THANKS!! this was the hottest day of the year by far!!! took a few pics at dinner! yes we picked a hibachi restaurant and I had sweat going down the nape of my neck !! hot in there too! anyways, missing one kid as he went back to college and he took the dog!! back to college. yep. so now I am mourning the loss of Rudy! so stayed busy and swept up all the dog hair today!! and did laundry and etc. but did ride and run today. I think it was about 90 degrees when I finished a 30' brick run! about 12:30 p.m. and I thought I am nuts!!! totally totally nuts. and then from that bike and brick run, met son #2 in Walmart but first had to quick change in the parking lot back into a dress so I could go into the store. wet wiped my body and yes changed in my car!!! okay so now I gotta laugh at myself! what have I become? of course I was bonking, out of cals and without water so grabbed strawberries in Walmart and ate them all of them, too hot for anything else while I shopped and getting son ready for Guatemala trip on Sunday! paid the cashier for the box of eaten strawberries now onsale for $1.50!! Kids got me cards and signed them and then I also forced them to say "Happy Birthday Mom!"... I am teasing but yes I sat there and said "didn't you want to tell me something?!" I have four sons remember!!! ha. anyways, well I love being "29"..... m

    oldest son at college leaving me with "just four" and we all went to out to eat... husband took the pic!  the one on the left is going to guatemala on Sunday... and then college in Nashville... so then three at home.
