Run warm up
Patrick, I've been doing the bird dogs, donkey kicks etc. pretty much every day and the hip is definitely feeling better. I think I'll try an easy jog next week (haven't run in 3 weeks) and see how it is. I wanted to get that run warmup routine we talked about in Kona that you use.

Thanks! Still on the shelf, going for an MRI on Monday.
Here is the link to the video on running from my good friend / PT. There's no sound, but there are four sections -- Foam Rolling (1) and Dynamic Warm Up (2) -- both should be done before a run. Strengthen (3) can be done any time ...many of our exercises here... And Stretch (4) is best post run.
