I did have one question (s0 far) on my plan:
On 5/1/2017 you stated in the video that you wanted me to load the IM Full training plan, but in the spreadsheet it says IM Half. I am assuming that what is in the spreadsheet is a mistake and I want to do load the Full plan on 5/1, correct?
I am just finishing up the Nov Out season and heading into swim camp for two weeks (before the get faster plan). I am planning on riding the tour of Sufferlandria Feb 4-12th in addition to swim camp. After the tour and the 2nd week of swim camp, will be my big recovery week. I wanted to get your take.
Also, I am interested in doing Sufferfest Knighthood (10 videos in one day, about 8 hrs) and trying to figure out when would be best time to fit that into my training for IMLP. I wanted to give myself enough time to recover and not have the knighthood totally interrupt my real goal of crushing LP. Thoughts?
