    Why did you decide to move back to 30/30's from longer duration vo2max intervals?

    Feedback from the team and our own experience/experiments with doing these over multiple durations.

    Another question on the 30/30s. The OS plan says to do these at low Z5. Is it ok/beneficial to do them at high Z5 and higher if you can maintain consistent watts across all intervals? I've been hitting 125-129% the last 2 weeks. Thanks.
