    Thanks so much for the plan. I was hoping you could make some suggestions as to how I might best tweak it to fit my schedule. I travel a lot. Usually every Mon-Wed I am out of town. At the hotels I'm at, I almost always have access to a treadmill, and sometimes access to nice outdoor trails. There is really no opportunity to bike. Some hotels have exercise bikes, but in my experience they typically don't seem to work that well.

    In the past I have made Wed a recovery day since I usually get home late and am not up for serious workout anyway. The four days of the week I'm home I typically can do whatever on those days. No work. Just a blank slate other than honey dos and kids sports on Saturdays.

    Hey Duane,

    Let's do this, as I've always found that you know your personal schedule much better than I do:

    1. Note that the schedule of our OS plans is the same week to week, so take that schedule and propose to me how you would schedule/move those workouts around given your personal and work schedules.
    2. I'll then give you my feedback and suggestions and...
    3. You'll finish with a template week you can then apply to the OS plan going forward.
