Traveling this week--how should I adjust?
Coach: I will be traveling for work this week and won't be able to get on my bike Mon. night-Thursday night. I might be able to run outside and I will have access to a typical hotel gym, probably with a treadmill and stationary bike. How should I adjust my plan for the week?

It looks like you are in the OutSeason® plan... In that case I recommend the following:
Mon - Tuesday Bike (run if possible)
Tue - Day Off (to make up for Monday's session)
Wed - Wednesday Run
Thu - Hotel Stationary bike, do your best to replicate the workout. Note if the bike is abominable, you can do a treadmill run and mimic the interval time, but keep the effort to zone three.
Fri - Day OFF, Recover.
Sat - As Planned.
Sun - As Planned.
