Hi Coach Rich,

Thanks for the TSR. I forgot to mention that I'm doing the Al t'Tude camp ending with the Ragnar relay on June 9-10. Since that corresponds to Week 15 of the IM plan and that's Camp Week I assume that doesn't change my plan one bit but I thought I'd check.

    Nope, that would just be a big high volume week for and the timing works well, with that being in wk15
