Wahoo kickr snap connectivity issues
Anyone ever have issues controlling kickr snap with the wahoo iOS app or power not showing in app? All was fine til this past weekend. Kicker shows up as connected in the app but no power registering and can't control resistance in erg mode. Working with wahoo cust service and have tried the delete sensor and re-connect etc but no luck. Wondering if anyone else had similar issue.

I have Kickr issues all the time. Here's my usual protocol now:
- Step #1: I make sure that TrainerRoad is actually closed (not just on in the background)
- Step #2: I go to my Wahoo app and make sure that it sees my ANT+ adaptor, my bluetooth HRM and my Kickr
- Step #3: Then, I open TrainerRoad. If it doesn't see the Kickr, I unplug the Kicr for 30 seconds. If it doesn't see my bluetooth HRM or ANT+ connection to my cadence meter, then I re-boot the phone and start over from step #1
- Step #4: I try to avoid opening other apps once I start riding because sometimes TrainerRoad will stop connecting with the Kickr. Thus, I try to rarely look at emails or open other apps when I am doing light spins between intervals. This step often requires that I turn on my music or load podcasts before step #1
These steps seem to work pretty well. I was having a lot of problems with the Kickr in the fall, but I have had better success by looking at the Wahoo app first, shutting down trainer road completely after using it, and re-booting my phone when I cannot connect with my devices.
Good luck!
