Changing my OS

Hi Coach, 

After speaking with coach Patrick, the decision to defer my OS to February made the most sense.  I have a couple of half marathons coming up 12/04 & 01/22 that I am training for.  I will have good run durability so I should be ok moving right into OS.  I am also cross training (bike, strength, and yes some swim) so I should be able to hit the ground running with the OS once the 13.1s are behind me.

With that said, I will pause my membership until February 1 then hop back in again.
