How Do I Record Ironman Live Webcast?

Does anyone have a recommendation on how to record the ironman live webcast?  I did a google search on the topic which recommended VideoLAN.  But, I don't see how to set the recorder to record when I'm not home.

Well, I just ended up buying the DVD from marathonphotos.com.
