Testing ... BIKE
I am currently in therapy and on massive steroids for a back issue (possibly sciatic or herniated disc w/ MRI on Monday). Biking can create the most pain, so I have only been doing light biking sitting up pretty much 100% of the time, but trying to keep some bike fitness. So I am going to put off doing any testing for bike or run for the time being til that is feeling better. I could probably do swim testing if needed.

Hate to jump in on Macro threads, I herniated a disc 18 months ago, the only thing I COULD do was bike, but that said, we found i was most comfortable on a tri bike and NOT a road bike, being further bent over relieved the impingement point. inbox me if you want to know more
