Bike crash recovery/time cruched

Hi Coach P,
I thought you were going to give me a semi structured plan after Thursday's conversation? Adding some trainer time to the runs? Or was I just suppose to keep it looser and then just check back in at the end of January?

    Eric Towson -- June bike crash, getting back but tough schedule. Looking for 6 weeeks of basic training. Doing 3 days 4-5 miles per week, but tough on the body. Gym trainer 1x week...1x solo. 3 days run.

    Here's what I'd like to see:

    + Run 4 x 4 miles per week
    + Bike 2 x per week
    + Lift 2 x per week

    Questions:

    - Is it possible for you to run post weights to combine?
    - What's the timeline for you having your bike bike? If a while, can you do bike at gym post weights (again, time saving).

    I expect 6 weeks to "get back" and this outline above is the target balance. If you want to layout your week in a Monday to Sunday timeline, I can work that out as well.
