Chattanooga - Hotel Recos?

Hi - Will be hitting up Chattanooga this year.... Are there any hotels that experienced folks recommend?

I did 70.3 race in May 2016 and stayed at Springhill Suites on Riverfront Parkway. This hotel is about a quarter mile west of the transition area along the river. It was very convenient. I walked to check in and then to transition on the morning of the race. We also walked into downtown for dinner. Transition is one block toward the river from downtown. The bike portion the race goes past this hotel. The manager was very helpful and arranged for late checkout after the race. My room was quiet also. I would stay there again,

I raced at Chattanooga in 2015 and 2016 and stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites and the Holiday Inn. Both are on Chestnut St in Downtown Chattanooga and both are a 5-7 min walk from the transition area. The Holiday Inn opened in 2016. I recommend both hotels. They're super convenient to the race and restaurants.

I visit Chattanooga frequently on business.  Any of the hotels mentioned above are great if you can get a room.  Residence Inn is another great option less than .25mi from transition.
