[10 Years Update] New Training Plan Central Layout Improvements
Over the past few years, we have been adding a space for our most relevant resources as related to your training. This is the Training Plan Central Page.
What used to be a vast archive of information (Resources / Wiki) is not a user- and web-friendly page with the most current / relevant resources related to your plan. But it could be better..and part of our Ten Year update is to improve it.
Our goal here is to give you the best possible information as you manage your choice of plans across your season.
I am pleased to show you the first of many updates, the OutSeason® Training Plan Section:
As you can see, there's an introduction and video. We explain WHY we use the program and what the GOALS are.
In the sidebar you can view a sample week and even compare hours across Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced levels.
Relevant resources in the sidebar and the latest resources are just off the screen at the bottom.
In future weeks you'll see us update the Half and Full resources as well as roll out information on all of our other main categories of plans: Get Fast, Bike / Run Focus, Transition, Marathon, etc.
