Dec OS Week 6 Core

Morning folks.  I hope everyone is doing well and now that you are into week 6 of your outseason you are into a routine and are starting to see all your hard work pay off.

We are still in our build phase and will be there until week 10.





Goal

: having established the basic routine, we are now introducing different movements. 

Execution: Use your per exercise repetitions from last week to provide you with goals for this week. For each exercise you are NOT to go to failure, but rather a tick above last week’s numbers.

Pushups

1 x Standard 

1 x Military

1 x Standard Decline

1 x Standard
