Training Peaks Fatigue scores

Hi Rich

I use Training Peaks to track my training. I was wondering if you have guidance on typical form numbers (ATL). What sort of ATL range is indicative of good training stress? Currently I am in -3.9. My CTL ramp rate is 2.4 over the last 7 days......so I can feel the intensity of the new program and am loving it!
