EN Patience & Discipline Headset Cap Group Buy

I am in the process of ordering a custom headset cap for my bikes and after discussing with a few others there was broad interest so I negotiated a group buy for EN.   The base price for a cap is $17 or $21 for a cap and matching bolt.    Depending on quantities we can expect about 40-50% off.     Here is a mock up of a red one :

So...if you are interested go here: Google Doc and fill out the details by 1/29.  After that date I'll send an email to everyone confirming prices with an email link to pay via paypal.   Within a couple days I'll place the bulk order.  Turnaround time should be relatively fast and you will have these sometime in Feb.

Received my caps in the mail today. They look great - thanks Jeremy! Mine was a snap to install on my Felt. Went to install one on Heidi's bike (Cervelo P3) and ran into an issue. Her existing headset cap is one I've not seen. It's a carbon cap with an expander that holds the screw in the headset. I messed with it a bit and it doesn't seem to work. Anyone have a similar headset who can offer some advice?

The setup is similar to the link David posted. Here are some pics. The expander is the piece that takes the bolt and as you tighten it, the piece expands to hold it in the head tube. Then the cap is threaded on the inside and screws down onto the expander. The bolt is not long enough to go through the custom cap and into the expander. Not sure if it's worth the extra effort of figuring out a work around.
