Terra Meierdierck Macro

Hiya, I am looking to modify my training plan this week.  I realize that I should have posted this earlier, but I am trying my best to stay on top of things.  This coming weekend I will be traveling with my friend to VT to do some ice climbing thing that apparently I agreed to - while I had been drinking - and she registered me for.  Should be fun tho.  But - I doubt that I will get any training in this weekend.  So far my week has been:

Monday - snowboarding for about 5 hours and then swimming for about 30. 
Tuesday - taught spin 60 minutes, ran for the 25 - both as per plan.  In the evening I taught yoga for an hour, then aerial, swam for 27. Note: lots of core work in my yoga classes. ;)

Tonight I will run after work as per plan and then swim. Tomorrow morning I'll teach spin and run before work.  After work I'll teach yoga and aerial.  Thursday nights I usually go for a mountain bike group ride at about 9:30 pm. Friday I'll teach split silks for 3 hours in the afternoon/evening and I want to try to swim in the morning.  I am trying to do the swim challenge but know that this weekend will flask things up a bit. 

Any advise of how I should modify my training for the rest of the week to try to get my training in? I figured that I could do one of my weekend work outs on Friday.
