How to See the New Posts
This is done by default when you login to the forums. You can also click on http://endurancenation.vanillacommunities.com/discussions to see the latest. Everything with a icon next to it is, well, new! You would click on that forum thread to see the latest in that thread.
How to Create a New Thread / Post
Simply click the blue New Thread button anywhere on the site and post away. You can choose the desired location from the drop down, add images from your phone or computer and much more. All new posts and replies are saved as drafts in the right sidebar in case your computer crashes.
Powertip: You can post any YouTube or SoundCloud link and the media will show up right in the post itself!!!
How to Reply to a Thread
You can click on any thread to go the end of it and read / write your reply. Use the “@” sign to mention a user and make sure they are notified. Depending on your notifications, you’ll either see a pop up at the bottom of the forums (when logged in) or you can click on the globe at the top to view everything you care about.
How to Find A Category
Categories such as Club House or Power & Pace live in the right sidebar of the Discussions Page. You can also click the Categories link in the navigation (http://endurancenation.vanillacommunities.com/categories) to view them all and navigate directly.
Note: As of 01/24/2017 you can’t subscribe to an entire category.
How to Find What You Want
The new search functionality is incredible...on any main forum page at the top, you can type in what you want...subject, username, etc...and choose from the results. You can even go advanced if you want, but you won’t likely have to.
How to Follow / Bookmark A Thread, and Manage It
You can follow any thread by clicking on the “star” next to the title changing it from into a -- that means you are following it.
You can find all of your Bookmarks by clicking on the “My Bookmarks” link in the right sidebar of any main page...or by clicking on the tiny bookmark icon in the upper right of the forums:
How to Mark All as Viewed
Sometimes you want to make sure that everything is neat and tidy when you leave, so that you can easily find the new stuff when you return. You can do this by clicking the “Mark All As Viewed” link in the navigation: http://endurancenation.vanillacommunities.com/discussions/markallviewed This will remove all of the “NEW” icons, making it easier to find new stuff the next time you come back!
How to Get Notified of Discussions, Mentions and More
Go to your profile settings by (1) clicking your name at the top, then (2) clicking “preferences”. From there you can choose to receive emails and/or pop-ups when people comment on your bookmarks, personal threads, and more.
How to Change Your Signature
Go to your profile settings by (1) clicking your name at the top, then (2) clicking “preferences”. From there you can change your signature to include your races and any other critical information.

If you need formatting help, you can use an HTML editor such as this one to create exactly what you want, and then copy over the code. Use the chat button if you want help!

This could really send you a CRAP TON of emails so we don’t recommend it. Rather, we recommend you follow specific threads, per the instructions ^above^. In the event this slows down our site, we reserve the right to turn this off.
