Carlos Carrion Micro Thread...

Carlos, thanks for the message today. Here's what I see in your Triathlon Season RoadMap™: 



So IMPR70.3® is on 3/19, which his the same weekend as your first big camp weekend. So I say you move that Big week to Week 14. 

So your progression would be Week 11, 12, 13, 15...

For the Week of 3/13 I suggest you load the HIM plan for a Week to end on 3/19 so you recovery from Camp Weekend and peak for the Half.

Then it's back to the normal IM plan to TX...you and I will need to talk after the race, but that's the general plan!
