How to Bookmark / Follow a Thread or a Category

For Threads...

You can follow any thread by clicking on the “star” next to the title changing it from into a -- that means you are following it. This is perfect if you want to follow your personal Micro or Macro thread with the coaches.

You can find all of your Bookmarks by clicking on the “My Bookmarks” link in the right sidebar of any main page...or by clicking on the tiny bookmark icon in the upper right of the forums: Here's a GIF on how to find and subscribe to a thread:

For Categories...

Want to follow more than just one topic, but everything on that topic? You can!

Go to Notifications in the upper right, then modify your Notification Preferences. On that page you will find an option to subscribe to other Categories inside EN!
