  • Rich, Can I adjust the days to the training plan this week, as I will be traveling with the family this weekend.   Shoudl I do a rest day today as per the plan or move things up a day? Please advise.  Thanks Brian

    Sorry I missed this. Yes, fine to do what what you describe. In the future, the Micro Forum is the place to have these "what do I do this week" kinda of discussion and please give us more than 24hrs notice. Thanks!

  • If your life is like mine, I'm in charge of maintaining all the calendars in the house, that way everything works, happens when I need it to happen :-) 
  • Hey Coach, I had to change around the plan this week due to my work schedule and travel this comping weekend to be as stated below (similar to what we discussed already so no major issues so far).

    Below is the way it was adjusted for your reference:

    - Monday: did Tuesday's bike and run
    - Tuesday: Wednesday's run
    - Wednesday: Off day work function (Friday's rest day)
    - Thursday: Thursday's original plan, bike and run
    - Friday (today): Saturday's bike and run
    - Saturday to come: Sunday's run
    - Sunday to come: Sunday's run or rest?

    Question, I have to adjust next week as well, as Tuesday will be a hell day for me, found out this am I have a big a meeting with clients I can't reschedule, but I can get a run in if need be, should I move the Monday rest day to Tuesday, and do Tuesday's work out on Monday?  Just want to confirm before I make the change.

    Overall question: If I miss a work out for an unforeseen last minute issue shall I make it up or just let it pass and move forward.

    Sorry I missed this. This is more of a Micro Forum question and sounds like you and Patrick may have already discussed this or something similar? Anyway...short answer is, yes, your proposed change is fine.

    Going forward, if you miss a workout...it's gone. Don't worry about making up missed homework. Forget about it and drive on. Good luck!
