Jim Thomasson Micro Thread...

Jim, great call today. I really appreciate it; would likely never have gotten "how chill" you are via digital communication. 

I want to be able to support you across your event-filled year, and I think the best way to do that is to post that list of races here (vs putting them into your Triathlon Season RoadMap™). This way we can always refer back to the master list for what we need...based on how you feel for that weekend / next event. 

So when you can, please post them here!

As for the run technique stuff. there's a ton of great stuff in the Run Wiki here to help you out. I think that focusing on your cadence is the best "first" step as that usually sorts out a lot of things...so please share that average run cadence when you can as well.  :)

    I can see from your Triathlon Season RoadMap™ the coach Rich has you in the out season plan right now. You're epic rides I Can certainly take the place of our weekend training, but can you tell me how you plan on modifying the weekday workouts to accommodate your gravel riding?

    Here's the schedule so you can copy and post back!

    Mon - OFF 
    Tue - FTP Bike + Run
    Wed - TRP Run
    Thu - VO2 Ride
    Fri - OFF
    Sat - Long FTP Bike + Run
    Sun - Long Run
