  • @FrancisPicard - as most of you may have now noticed, is half superman.....look at the work in the link that got done and then look at the conditions......BAM!

@Paul Curtin - fantastic quality Sunday run!  Text book!

@Scott Dinofer - 37 miles  of speed this week!  'Nuff said'!

@Gordon Cherwoniak - keep motivating me man - I continue to watch the evolution!

@Patti Thompson - just rest, its a long way until race season.  Get well soon!

I had a 95' run with a 4 X 1.5 mile at the very low end of my Z4 HR....it was all I could mentally manage myself through honestly....next week I hope to ratchet that up a tiny bit more:

  • The gorilla kinda got me today (Sunday).  Put in 10 with two miles "fast", but "fast" was easily 15 sec per mile slower than it should have been, maybe a bit more.  I also had an uncharged Garmin and had to use my back up time/pacer thing that's not nearly as flexible.

Rest again tonight and no legs tomorrow, to be back in the saddle Tues.

Note added Monday.  Now I know why i felt like crap.  Cuz I feel like crap.  Chest cold or something.  Head detached from my body and nasty cough.

15/sec mile slower than should be is at least 45" a mile faster than you were going, it's good work. Rest up & kick that cold's arse!
  • :# Still not feeling right so I did a quick little run outside which only served to make me feel less right.  Ugh.  Need to not panic about OS slipping away on me.

    Must. Stay. Off. Strava.
