JOS Core Week 5

Congratulations to those that have kept up the core workouts. You are NOW graduating to the Build Phase.

The Build Phase -- Weeks 5 thru 10
  • Having created a foundation in the Preparation Phase, we'll now begin incorporating different moves and muscle groups/muscle targeting

Goal: having established the basic routine, we are now introducing different movements.
