2017 revision

Hi Rich,

Have been sitting on IR after a shitty skiing related back injury in January which took me out of JOS. I am close ~90% now, able to bike without issues. Running fitness/durability took a hit. I'm at 3 30 minute Z1 runs/week without a major problem. I anticipate being full strength in another month. I have not decided yet, but close to bailing on Victoria 70.3. Niece added a must-go-to family wedding same weekend at Boulder 70.3, that race is out, so my year plan is out of whack. What do you think of this simplified version:

Mar 1-19: Run durability/rehab
3/20: OS Wk 1 (do the entire OS)
6/26: Unstructured week/swim camp (will be in Hawaii this week)
7/3: IM week 11
9/10: IMMOO

    Recommend you do the Get Faster vs OS plan for that block you're talking about, as you'll more than likely be able to get outside more consistently in that time frame. Everything else looks good!
