Since you are on the fast track to your first half, I wanted to make sure you are in the best place and not waiting for our call, etc.
1. Load your Half Training Plan -- You can do that on the Training Plan page here. Click the Move / Change plan...choose the Intermediate Level plan, and choose your race weekend Sunday for the End Date. Then you'll have your workouts in your account. We can then talk here to help you adjust.
2. The Sweat Test (you can add on to your next long ride) -- Info here. This will tell us what you use when riding, as well as the values of what you are putting in, and we can do math from there. I will need you to share your results with me here in this thread.
3. Review your Half Plan Overview in Training Plan Central here. I suggest you watch the video and click on the "View Weekly Hours" chart so you can see how the hours will play out.
