16/17 DOS week 11 run thread
Welcome to week 11! Things inch their way up again this week. I have only a few minutes so this will be a bit short but a couple thoughts. If your tired at this point, you're doing right, but you shouldn't be totally thrashed. If you are pop over to the micro or throw it out here and see how to manage yourself back to full steam. And take a look at the first few weeks compared to now and see how far you've come!

I carried a lot of fatigue (as designed) from the Saturday bike into Sunday. I knew going in this was going to be a rough Sunday run stacking a 4 X 1.5 mile threshold interval set.
