Half Marathon.

I'm scheduled for a half marathon on March 4. This is the end of week 9 of my 1/2 Ironman plan. Not sure how to adjust that week for this race. Help please.

    • Repeat the bike interval session scheduled for that week, doing this on Thursday in place of the scheduled long run.
    • Do the long ride on whichever day your half marathon is NOT. That is, if the race is on Saturday, move the long ride to Sunday. 
    • The race is then your scheduled long run for that week, taking place on the weekend instead of on Thursday. That said, do the half marathon as a race vs following the scheduled workout guidance for your long run that week.
