Hi Coach,
Next plan to load in the half iron intermediate the full IM heading into Lake Placid. 
I swim with a group on M/W - really good coach so she corrects me and gives feedback. 
Looks like lots of changes with the half plan this year so not sure what / how is the best way to move days around to best support swimming those days?

    Looking at the half plan, there are swims on Monday / Tuesday / Friday. So the edits are pretty easy...
    • Swim on monday with your group
    • Tuesday is the Run Only, so you can extend it by another 15 minutes to "make up" for dropping Wed Brick (See next bullet). 
    • Wednesday is Swim with your group, and the bike (but no brick run). 
    How does that sound!?
