Stryd - 3 Second Average Power (or More)
Just found this when updating my Garmin...now I can show my preferred "3-Second Average" power vs real-time power (too bouncy). Too bad I just finished a run! Next time!

I can handle setup, but my questions are more about proper usage and how to properly configure TrainingPeaks to not mess up my bike power and PMC chart
