Any riding suggestions for Temecula California?

I will be visiting family from March 12-16 in Temecula.  I'd love to ride a day or two if anyone has safe routes to suggest.  I have friends in Seal Beach I *may* be able to ride with, but the schedule is getting pretty packed.  I don't know if they can ride during the week with me.
