I am thinking about adding another half to the mix and knocking that full to a half also. I feel that it may be in my best interest to focus on speed this year, the distances don't scare me I just want to be fast at the distance. So what I was thinking was June 17th High Cliff Half fallowed by Northwoods Olympic June 24th just a shake out then July 16th Door County Half and then knock Grand Rapids Titanium to a Half instead of a full.
I think that all my gains are going to be made before this month or racing and that there is really no way I will gain anything between races but I feel that it will be beneficial to my race execution to make notes and execute on races that are close together like that rather than wondering for months what I could or should have done differently. I feel it would be a great month of learning and implementing of different strategies.
Active Recovery would play a large roll also, ultragen, air relax, spinning out my legs, pounding water the works.
Any input would be greatly appreciated coach knows best.

That sounds good and, FYI, very likely that you will get faster between races. If ^this^ is your plan, please update me by submitting a new TSR request here and I'll formally rework this for you.
