  • Question on days that work for my schedule. Mondays I have off and my wife is at work and kids at school. this makes for the best day to have my most intense/longer workouts. I see on the average training plans those fall on Sat. Is there any harm in just switching the sat./mon. or is there thought on when the rest day should fall.

    Let's do this:
    • Look ahead at a typical training week and propose, here, a template training week. That is, your proposal of how you'd schedule our workouts across the week that you know works for you. 
    • You and I can then have a discussion about how to modify that template, given my experience of what to expect as Workout A interacts with B, etc. 
    • We settle on a template and you implement that going forward.
  • If I shift and make my wed. the rest day/start of the week then everything shifts in place and I won't need to do training out of order...does that make sense. I am assuming that will be the easiest solution. thx.
