16/17 DOS run week 13
Welcome to your last week of hard work before testing. I am moving this week, so this intro will be a little light, my apologies. One comment I will make is that the run times (and thereby distance) has grown back to quite a bit of work. If you can embrace the suck for one more week, you can be rewarded with a great testing week (and then likely swim camp) to not only get some rest but also see just how much progress you have made this OS. Keep grinding gang!
