Some decent changes, but sad that we actually have to be doing some of them.  Like allowing different sex guides for PC athletes and actually having to check for motors in frames and tires.

I see that cell phones are now allowed. What tracking apps do you use. I use road id; however, when it looses connection it gives up.

In IM, it's always resulted in a DQ.

Exposing your abs is legal. I've raced a number of hot IMs with my tri top rolled up to my sternum, and the zipper zipped down to the same level. It's only when your top (a) doesn't cover nipples and/or (b) isn't connected in the front across the middle that you get in trouble. Frodo is within the rules in that photo. #manbra

I wonder if the sternum rule is driven by enough local towns demanding that they don't want to see a bunch of half naked athletes running around their town.  just a thought.  seems a bit silly.
