FOS Week 5 Run Thread "Running Down a Dream"


Sorry that I am a bit late this week!  Here we are... week 5!  It is amazing how much work is behind us.  Take a moment to look at all that you have done, to really absorb all that you have put into yourself and give yourself a pat on the back.  Great job!

This week is more of the same!  Tues/Thurs/Saturday we have bike and runs, with our Wednesday and Sunday workouts being focused on the run. 

By now you should have a good idea on how to pace yourself in the run as well as throughout the week.  This learning how to execute the workout and a week will be valuable in your success! 

Have a great run tonight everyone and a great week in general!
