Run schedule for this week
Coach, Our home games have been changed to a road trip to Canada coming off a 10 hour bus ride with a one am arrival on Monday morning. So we head out on a 8 hour bus ride tomorrow and return early morning Sunday some where around the same time as last. Did the first two days of week without a problem and I am going to do Sat ride before I go tomorrow but was wondering what would be best for runs the rest of the week. I probably can do the Sunday run late that day with maybe a good sleep in but not sure if I can hit the times. I don't rebound off travel days like I did when younger so what are your thoughts. Thank you Dave

Rest assured you've done the "meat" of the week, so right now it's just staying aerobic. I'd take a 45' run each day at TRP...bonus if you can do a bit harder on Sunday to mimic the scheduled main set.
But if you are beat when you get back, then forget it. Not worth it this early in the year!
